Getting Busier!

So tomorrow we are going to drive up to Seattle for a class on Washington RMLS! Washington has more classes and more fees than Oregon. We are going to take a year and see if having a Washington license will be productive or not. Right now we are hoping that two talked about deals in Washington really do produce, if they do then Washington might be profitable. Finalizing the realtor in Washington, still working on realtor in Oregon!
